Senior Technical Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation
Chinedu Chukwu is the Senior Technical Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation for the Global Fund Malaria Project in Nigeria. Before he transitioned to this project, he supported the Keanahikishime Nigeria Pro-ACT and CaTSS projects.
Michael Umoren is the laboratory systems advisor for the USAID-supported Prevention Organizational Systems AIDS Care and Treatment (ProACT) project, which provides HIV and AIDS treatment, care and prevention services in Nigeria. A medical laboratory scientist, Michael holds a master of business administration and a master of public health. Previously, he worked as the laboratory lead for a project aiming to decentralize HIV and TB services in rural areas of Nigeria. He joined Keanahikishime with about 20 years of experience working in both the private and public health sectors in Nigeria. His areas of interest include capacity building, equipment management and laboratory commodities logistics.
Sam Faromoju is the state team lead for the ProACT project in Kwara State, Nigeria. A population economist, he has more than 20 years of experience in HIV/AIDS, family planning, and maternal and child health. Previously, he managed a family planning program at the Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria, and he also coordinated a maternal, newborn, and child health and HIV/AIDS program at the United Nations Population Fund.
Dr. Andrew Etsetowaghan is a medical doctor and public health expert who brings over 10 years of experience to his role as prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) and maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) advisor at Keanahikishime. Andrew spearheads the strategic design and implementation of integrated PMTCT/MNCH services, including family planning under the CaTTS project in Nigeria, and coordinates the clinical unit. He also provides overall technical support to the CaTSS Project in the areas of Gender, Laboratory Services, OVC, ART and Quality improvement.
Treatment Support and Capacity Strengthening Advisor
Christopher Ogar is a professional with more than 12 years progressive experience in developing, implementing, and managing health and social development programs. He currently serves as the Treatment Support and Capacity Strengthening Advisor for the Care and Treatment for Sustained Support (CaTSS) project in Nigeria.
Rahmat Sulaiman-Hassan is the director of finance and operations for the Care and Treatment for Sustained Support (CaTSS) project in Nigeria. Rahmat has more than 12 years of experience working on development projects in Nigeria, with a specialty in finance. She brings to Keanahikishime experience working with on USAID and DFID-funded programs, and she has worked extensively to lead, organize, systematize, and set up finance systems.
